✨ What You’ll Do:

• 🔎 Proactively source and attract high-quality healthcare providers using creative sourcing strategies, job boards and referral strategies
• Screen and evaluate high volumes of candidates to identify top talent quickly and effectively
• Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through a seamless onboarding experience
• Support credentialing and ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, drive efficiency, and enhance the provider experience
• Leverage referrals and networking to continuously expand the talent pipeline
• Manage job postings and sourcing channels to align with hiring goals and growth initiatives

💡 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sourcing/recruiting/sales, ideally within healthcare
• A strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, sourcing tools, and digital platforms

🎯 Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, or talent sourcing
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience working in a remote or high-volume recruiting environment
